Gustora Foods are pasta experts since 1924, providing the best pasta in a range of creative shapes, delicious and
healthy. Gustora Foods is a joint venture promoted by the Indian group Goyal and the Italian pasta factory
Rustichella D’Abruzzo.
The major problem was the organic presence of the brand. Overall the ranking of primary keywords was declining on the SERPs. Poor keyword ranking leads to lower CTR and it ended up in less traffic to the website.
The website layout was cluttered, UI & UX was not appealing and it wasn’t appropriate for an effective user experience. Some other factors like poor navigation, lack of color contrast, inconsistent typefaces and lack of responsiveness were major reasons for bad user experience/user centricity.
