To solve all these issues, we created a thorough marketing plan that included social media, digital ads,
mobile-friendly websites, landing pages, and search engine optimization (SEO). Our primary objectives were to boost brand visibility, recall,
and generate high-quality leads for National Dental Care’s clinics.
National Dental Care wanted to raise awareness about the importance of dental
hygiene. To achieve this, we optimized Google My Business listings for clinics across Madinaguda, Vanasthalipuram,
Dilsukhnagar, and more, using over 2,000 keywords. The challenge was maintaining and optimizing these listings to
match relevant search terms while competing with other local clinics.
We ensured accurate Name, Address, and Phone (NAP) updates across all GMB listings for the clinics. Weekly monitoring helped
keep the listings up to date and managed user-suggested changes. This improved the clinics’ local search visibility, especially
on Google Maps.
Given Google’s focus on local businesses, we tailored our approach by targeting location-specific keywords for
each clinic. This ensured that patients could easily find their clinics in areas like Madinaguda, Kukatpally, Gachibowli, and others.
To boost patient engagement, we implemented intuitive call-to-actions (CTAs) on the treatment pages. This helped visitors submit queries easily or connect with dental experts. Additionally, adding patient testimonials on relevant treatment pages helped build trust and improve lead generation. We also created mobile-friendly landing pages with effective CTAs and search ads that featured callouts and extensions.
We optimized city-specific and treatment pages for Madinaguda, Kukatpally, and other locations, ensuring that they included localized content. This helped National Dental Care compete with local health directories like Practo and Indiamart, as well as larger health portals. For key services like root canal treatments and dental implants, we carefully optimized content to outrank competitors.

These efforts led to significant growth in search trends for National Dental Care. Both local and branded keywords, such as "National Dental Care Madinaguda," saw sharp increases in search volume, especially after lockdown restrictions eased.
While there was a 130% increase in trends for generic and local keywords, the brand name ‘National Dental Care’ itself saw a significant increase in search trends after the end of the lockdown period as well.
To drive appointments and increase footfall across National Dental Care’s clinics, we ran performance campaigns focusing
on local competition. Our main objective was to improve the click-through rate (CTR) on ad copies and ensure that National
Dental Care ads were positioned at the top of search results, outpacing local competitors.
We created mobile-first landing pages with strong CTAs and detailed tracking mechanisms. This helped boost lead quality by
50% and reduced the cost per lead (CPL) by 70%.
A significant amount of our efforts was dedicated to raising awareness about specialized treatments like invisible aligners,
dental implants, and braces. Through targeted video ads, we reached over 10 million potential patients, significantly improving brand visibility.
